Taking precautions to protect yourself against Coronavirus is important. However, catching the Coronavirus isn’t the only thing we have to worry about.
The economic repercussions of shutting down the country will take awhile to resolve. This will put a lot of stress on Americans, especially those who are easily rattled.
Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. It’s a response to pain. The best way to solve the problem is to heal the pain and resolve what is driving the pain and fear. Energy medicine, meditation, mindfulness, and healthy relationships will help you better get through this crisis.
Take precautions. Be safe. Take care of your mental health as well.
